Description: Connect to your roots, your feet, legs and pelvis in this Hatha practice. Through the power of your foundation, grow, twist and unfurl your torso towards its fullest potential.

This is a practice that will allow you to get deep in your breath and connect to all that you have to be thankful for in your life.

Description: A vinyasa practice geared toward stoking the complete core. A strong core helps support your low back and spine. This flow combines poses that will create a strong and stable core and, equally important – and so often forgotten, strong and stable back. Time to stoke that inner fire!

We close the practice with a short relaxation.

Description: Our Vinyasa journey explores balance, breath & connection to the earth in a way that helps you investigate how to move safely & gracefully through asanas (postures) & transitions. You’ll be offered options to modify both asanas & transitions throughout class to help you practice at the level that’s right for you.

Description: : A gentle practice focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking breath with movement. A variety of modifications are offered to encourage participation from everyone. We close the practice with poetry.

DescriptionA therapeutic approach, with a focus on unwinding by setting up poses concisely and working deeply within them. Learning to let go of old habits by creating space physically & mentally through a grounding & yielding practise. An open & personal approach will be given and to leave the class with a sense of enhanced wellbeing, will be the aim.

Description: In this vinyasa flow we combine movement with breath to create an energising and detoxifying flow. Classes will be taught based on the themes with backgrounds rooted in either Traditional Chinese Medecin as seasonal yoga or the myths and philosophies of the Ancient Indian principles and Bhakti Yoga. Through this powerful connection of body and mind these classes can help lower stress levels , promote health , flexibility & strength, and a feeling of wellbeing.

Expect an amazing soundtrack, candles and aromatherapy oils .

Description: Nourishment, building strength, power of surrender and gift of discernment. Together we will move through this journey as a sangha. With a practice designed to unwind, enliven and rest,. The weekend will support you in integrating all that is going on in the world and finding your own centre of calm amidst it.

Weather permitting this class will be held in the gardens of Danesfield.

DescriptionEmbark on your yoga journey in a nurturing and informative environment. You will practice alongside those of similar ability so there is no need for nerves! No need to bring anything, just your bare feet, comfy and loose fitting clothing along with a willing attitude!

These classes will introduce you to the central postures of yoga, their names and correct alignment principles. You will the learn the breathing techniques while strengthening your body, increasing mobility, building your confidence and opening your mind. Expect to leave both energised and at ease in body and mind.
