COVID TERMS

We hope you are keeping safe and well.

We are closely following the advice of the UK Government in relation to Coronavirus. Our retreats will only go ahead if the UK Government guidelines allow for retreats in the UK and safe travel overseas.

Following the latest guidelines we have been running UK retreats since October 2021 and some overseas retreats from the end of May 2022 to countries without a quarantine requirement, where possible.

In the last year we have been able to run a handful of retreats as we move in and out of different restrictions. Whenever we can run retreats, special measures have been put in place to ensure a safe and Covid secure environment in line with current guidelines. If a retreat is cancelled due to Covid we are asking you to rebook for any other retreat without time constraint. Alternatively, we ask that you seek a refund through your travel insurer if possible.

As a small, independent company it has been a very challenging time – as we know it has for many. Deposits have been paid by YBC to retreat venues and these are being taken forward rather than refunded. We are asking you to do the same if possible.

There is still uncertainty, particularly for overseas travel, so we will continue to take each day as it comes and stay in close communication with all those who have a retreat booked with us. We will try to inform you if the retreat is going ahead at least a month beforehand.

Please ensure that you have the necessary personal insurance in place to cover you in case of illness or cancelled travel plans for both UK and overseas retreats.

Our retreats will only go ahead if it is safe to do so.

Your patience and support of the YBC community is deeply appreciated. It has been a time of great uncertainty for all and we will do all we can to keep our retreats a safe space for your health and wellbeing.
