REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Thank you for using our services, if you are not satisfied with your service for whatever reason, you may receive a refund for exchange only. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

Refunds

All sold services are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. Yoga By Candlelight only offers exchanges, once the customer has decided on the given Yoga retreat, it is not refundable. However, the customer is eligible for an exchange towards another retreat. Please note that the selected retreat will have to occur within 6 months of the original date.

In the case of the customer not being able to come to the retreat, while already paying for the service in full, the amount minus the deposit will be transferred to another scheduled retreat. Additionally, the deposit is not refundable if the customer has already paid for the given retreat but is not able to attend it. Yoga by Candlelight reserves the right to change the activities in any given retreat. Please note that for a retreat to take place, a set number of attendees is required, failing to achieve such a number will result in the cancellation of the retreat. Should a cancellation occur, the full amount, including the deposit, is returned to the client.

Abuse

Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing our services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. Please note that if you already placed a deposit, a refund cannot be requested in order to benefit from a discount on the given service.

Revision Date

This Refund Policy was last updated on 10 November 2022 (“Revision Date“). If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Refund Policy.
