Alexandra’s classes are simply blissful. Yoga practice with Alexandra is the perfect way to start my Sunday morning.  I come away feeling like I have nourished my mind and body. I’ve been practicing with Alexandra at Yoga by Candlelight for a few months, Alexandra is bubbly, welcoming and yoga is her absolute passion.  I find the classes very beneficial to unwind mentally and physically from the busy work week. My daughter and I recently attended her gong ceremony which was absolutely amazing & so relaxing! Alexandras retreats are a beautiful combination of mindful yoga practises, relaxation, connecting with like minded people and feeling at one with nature. I could not recommend her more; she teaches yoga with a beautiful balance of passion, clarity, discipline to do the poses correctly and is brilliant at keeping you in the present moment. Not only are the yoga sessions so therapeutic, relaxing and soo good for me well-being. I also want to highlight that the yoga retreat I went on in May was incredible. It was well organised and as a fairly new person to yoga at the time, I didn’t feel like a novice. The food was amazing and I made some great friends. I can’t recommend this business enough. I’ve been practicing with Alexandra at Yoga by Candlelight for around 8 years now. Having taken part in classes at a gym, a private group, one to one, plus several ceremonies and special events, I can’t rate her highly enough!
She is a passionate and dedicated teacher, literally living and breathing all things yoga. Alexandra offers endless modifications throughout to suit any level of ability in the group on the day, this makes her classes accessible to all.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or have a brand new interest in yoga I’d recommend getting in touch 🙏
