Welcome to a very short and sweet October newsletter.

In these turbulent times of grief and heartbreak, may we take care of each other, check in on each other, and keep connecting in community. May we grieve together, heal together, support each other and reach out with openness, compassion and empathy. May we gather in brave spaces and do what we can to create safer spaces for everybody.

Due to my Dads passing, I have had to reschedule the October Circle of medicine gathering. We are meeting on Friday, 3rd November @7.30pm in Medmenham Village Hall. Theres only 3 places available. Please send me an email if you are interested in joining us.
