A Yoga Retreat on the Amalfi Coast

• Daily yoga sessions – in the mornings, a complete practice is offered, including meditation, breathing, invigorating asana and deep relaxation. Mornings are meant to be warm, uplifting, dynamic and energetic. Evening classes will invite in the cooling aspect of yoga, where restorative practices will be incorporated, as well as stillness, deep stretching, and exquisite yoga nidra.
• Occasionally, we will propose spontaneous dance evenings on the platform. All participants will be invited to engage in the daily practice of 
• Wednesday and Sunday will feature live music in the restaurant.
• All the sessions during the retreat will accommodate all levels, including total beginners to seasoned yogis. Anybody willing to engage with the offering is welcome to come, yet we must mention that the nature of this retreat requires and demands constant physical activity, mainly walking as our eco-resort is only accessible by foot (approximately 60 minutes hike down or uphill). Participants must be aware of this fact and be comfortable with it before deciding to join us and progress with the booking.
• There will be one day off during the retreat for you to curate as you wish – an opportunity to visit the island of Capri, Pompeii or Sorrento!
• We have four studio flats at the retreat. These are to be shared with a minimum of two people per flat. There is availability for solo accommodation at one of the studio flats, and one of the studios sleeps three people.
• This is an intimate retreat as it is Yoga by Candlelight’s very first time to guide a retreat on the Amalfi coast!
