The idea for Yoga for men came when two of my private male clients wanted to join one of the clubs where I work but felt overwhelmed by the majority of females attending, and therefore, the Yoga for Men was born.
These classes are geared to improve flexibility and core strength. We work with the breath and I always ask practitioners to synchronise breath with movement. In the beginning most yogis concentrate on the physical aspects of yoga but as their journey progresses one sees that they are able to understand that yoga is much more than “asanas”.
I am a great believer that in the class the practitioner should feel a personal connection to the teacher. I am available for private one-to-one yoga tuition, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Please get in touch for more details.
