The majority of my private classes are by referral. Yoga was traditionally taught one on one and whether a weekly necessity or an ad hoc indulgence, it’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions and really make your yoga practice work for you.
In a private 1–1 yoga class you will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in with what your body needs. This can take a form of meditation, asana or Yoga nidra. This can be held at your home or place of work. I am also happy to share the class with friends; family members or partners.
Many of my private clients got together with their friends and I have been teaching them for some time. The most important thing is that we are able to share each others’ energy!
As numbers of sick days increase, cases of depression and anxiety rise then yoga enters your workplace. The benefits that each employee will receive will then link to his/her performance indicator.
The size of the corporate yoga classes can vary depending on your needs and the space available at your location. The classes are designed to cover all levels of yoga.
Meditation and Mindfulness are always part of the yoga classes. Some companies only require Meditation classes.
There are many benefits to practice yoga at any time of the day. Before work can be a fantastic start to the corporate day; lunch time can be a wonderful way to regain energy for the afternoon, and yoga after work can be a great way to unwind after sitting at the desk all day and before tackling the journey home.
Whichever you decide, remember yoga is a journey and not a competition!
